Kale is a popular member of the cabbage family and is known for being incredibly nutrient dense. A serving of kale has more absorbable calcium than a small carton of milk! Consuming kale in any form delivers fiber, protein, magnesium, omega-3s and a bevy of vitamins and minerals!

Maca is a nutritionally loaded superfood that provides many health benefits when regularly incorporated into the diet.

Maca is often consumed either in it’s powdered form or as maca seeds. 

Many people eat maca for it’s antidepressant qualities as it increases libido and alleviates depression and anxiety. Maca also has the ability to enhance the immune system and can reduce the effects of migraines by helping balance estrogen and progesterone levels in the body.
